If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.



You have ​15 ​ calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Sometimes it takes longer due to bad weather, which will waste customs clearance time. Therefore, when you do not receive the goods on time, please be patient. If you still have not received the item within 60 days, please contact us and we will help you track it.

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs under any circumstances. Return items should include the original packaging and accessories 

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

NOTE: Items such as Jewelry’s cannot be refunded or returned for reasons of Hygiene. Therefore you should think carefully before making your purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. If your return is approved the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.  

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.​              

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

1. Item will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
2. Delivery Time:
—-Via Express: Generally 3-10 working days.
—-Via Air Mail: Generally 10-30 working days.3. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.

4.SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
5. We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.
6.The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.
7. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
